First ultrasound and nausea

Well my first ultrasound is tomorrow and this baby decided to give me nausea and all day sickness as soon as I eat today at 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Grateful for some more symptoms after being very scared cause of not having symptoms but for sure not the funnest symptom to get!
