TTC after birth control?

Have been on the pill for around six months, I have finished my last pack and we are wanting to start TTC. For those of you that have taken a similar route, how many months did it take for you to get pregnant? Did the birth control mess with your body’s ability to ovulate afterward at all?

was on birth control for a year and a half, hopped off in august, for pregnant in november so i’d say three months. i was on my 3rd cycle after birth control

I was on the birth control pill for roughly a year and a half. I’ve been TTC #2 for 6 months now. I finally got a positive ovulation test last cycle. My doctor informed me it could take up to a year to conceive regardless of how long you’ve been on the pill. Everyone’s body is different. Some conceive the first cycle off. Good luck to you! ❤️
