Hi I’m 9 weeks PP my baby eats about 3-4oz every feeding.. it’s hard for him to finish 4.

I exclusively pump due to work reasons and only BF him when he wakes up at 2am or 5am to feed then I give him 4oz at his regular feeding times bottled. I realize and keep hearing from other women who pump 8oz in a sitting or more. I only produce 2oz from each breast max… sometimes I only make 1oz per breast. Is this normal or I just have low supply?

Yes I pump every 2-3 hours, yes I’ve tried lactation teas and snacks. I’m not consistent with it like I used to be before. I just don’t know how I can produce more milk.. I’ve also power pumped before everyday 2x a day… now because I’m back at work I don’t have time to power pump or really pump normally. I still do but sometimes it’ll stretch out 3.2 hours around there.
