Help!!!

so I have no clue if I’ve ovulated yet but I’m only on cycle day 17, I have never been this early.. any ideas on what it could be? I took an ovulation test on Dec 26,27,28 & today and they were all negative… what could this be? I normally do spot before my period comes but not this much
