Feeling completely disconnected
I have been trying my best to shake this feel of regret and shame. It's causing me to feel disconnected from this pregnancy. I'm always trying my best to hide it in any way shape or form. I cry when I think about it. I smile on the outside but wrecked in the inside about it. I'm so lost on is this normal and what can I do to help change this feeling. Feeling so depressed.
