So we pay rent online. And there is a $28 dollar processing fee. The first year here it was no more that $5 I believe and then the landlord later switched systems. I don’t think we should have to pay a whole extra $28 dollars. That’s over 300 dollars extra every year. $5 was cool but a whole 28 is too much to me. That could literally got towards gas or something. Especially with everything being so high nowadays. No where in the lease does it say we’re obligated to pay that much for a processing fee.
