Stomach pain….STD?

I’ve been in and out of the hospital, and been to multiple doctors with stomach pain. It started in the lower right side and has moved all throughout my stomach. I haven’t really had any other symptoms other than the pain. I’m going to get tested tomorrow for any STDs as a last resort. Are there any that ONLY come with the stomach pain though??? Everything I’ve seen said the pain should come in LATE stages of having it, but I haven’t had anything else until I’ve gotten this pain.
