Inositol
Hey all, I’ve just purchased this inositol
Has anybody else used it?
It says to take 3 capsules a day but i know there’s mixed reviews on taking higher
If anyone has used any brand of inositol and has any feedback please comment below ☺️
Any tips also welcome ie time of day to take them, before or after food etc
