Tips for Healing SCH?
Hi ladies,
Does anyone have any proven tips for healing a hematoma? Have had 3 scary episodes of bleeding and SCH is still showing now that I am 12 weeks. Am doing pelvic rest, progesterone topical cream, pomegranate juice, and trying to stay hydrated. May try ALA (alpha lipoic acid). Any other tips? So hard not to worry and want it to resolve!
