Anyone felt completely normal at 5 weeks?

I found out early that I was pregnant and had sore boobs, sensitive nipples , was extremely tired and shortness of breath but as soon as I turned 5 weeks, all stopped and I feel completely normal.

I had a mmc last year and I was sick until I had a DNC and a chemical that I didn’t have symptoms at all, I’m now freaking out that it is something wrong and my first scan is only on the 12th 😞

My line progression is good and hcg was more than doubling up last week
