What vitamins did you take on the lead up to ivf?

Prenatal and I did 600 mg CoQ10 every day until egg retrieval!! I have low count and I am swearing by the CoQ10. First IVF round we had 7 follicles and got 7 mature eggs that got us our son. Just did a retrieval yesterday with only 3 follicles showing before retrieval... Dr was shocked when they actually ended up with 5 follicles and got 5 mature eggs from them!!!

I was actually tested for Hemoglobine iron  Vitamin D and vitamin E prior to commencing IVF. I take prenatal plus vitamin D and E. Omega 3 and vitamin C. Some take ubiquinol before egg retrieval. I am doing FET so I do not need it this time around.
