So I haven’t had a period for 3-6 months.

I had a scan all normal had blood’s done all normal no obvious reason for this

I have nausea headaches back ache and stomach pain.

I have pain during intercourse and had PID in may but that was cleared up.

I’m not pregnant

Has this happened to anyone

And can you all tell me if this could be a sign of something serious like menopause or cancer. I’m 23 & terrified.
