What does this look like ?

I have this little white bump on my inner lips it’s really tiny you can’t see it I do have to put my tongue so it can be seen . Will it be consider a pimple or herpe . I do have chap lips right now

If it is herpes you need acyclovir as a flair will not go away on its own.  If it is a cold sore, also a form of herpes, it will go away on its own but it'll. Be painful and there for a while.

It could be a canker sore which occurs from damage to the mouth. Cuts or biting your inner lip can cause them.

You can't get pimples directly on your lip.

Could just be a pimple. Herpes is clustered of bumps that burst into pus. If you don’t know for sure, don’t kiss anyone or share utensils so you don’t pass it on.
