Time for Ob appt?

my first ever First Response! and this would be baby #1 ! (af is about 2-3 days late)
It feels like the progress has been super slow but steadyfrom 11/29 -12/4… nonetheless still feeling hopeful for this blessing! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Should i schedule OB appt already? should i wait more time?

I would call the ob office and let them know you have a positive pregnancy test. That’s what I did. Then they might have you take a blood test and schedule your confirmation appointment! Good luck it’s so exciting!!

I would call and tell the office you've had a positive home test. The office can give you all the specifics then. My OB's office doesn't do blood work to confirm unless you've had multiple losses back to back and need to be monitored. They just do an "intake" and ask a lot of questions (last cycle start date, what medications and vitamins you take etc). After that they schedule you for a confirmation through ultrasound around 8 weeks. Congratulations!

Set up appointment ASAP! Just like the other ladies said: Just let them know you got positive on an PT. They should be able to give you a appointment for blood-work. And to confirm pregnancy as well.
