I’ve been having dizzy spells for a couple months now. I was in work a few weeks ago and a customer wanted something from a high shelf, so I got it for her.. I lost my balance and almost fell over. It sometimes happens in the morning too. I’ll just wake up, sit up and feel extremely light headed. It’s unpredictable.. from time to time I feel nauseous with it too, not extremely nauseous but just something I’ve happened to have noticed. I don’t know when it’s gonna happen. What could this be? I’m making a doctor’s appointment tomorrow, Thanks.
