I'm so frustrated,  I just want a positive test so I can add to our family, I don't know why it's so hard this time around... why my body won't just do what I want it to do...

8-9dpo is still so early. Most women won’t implant until 9-10dpo which means you won’t get a positive until 11-12dpo. Even then it’s best to test by your late period.
How are you tracking ovulation?

I didn’t get a positive with my current pregnancy until the evening of 12dpo.
