Advice please

Would it be okay to take my newborn to a drive through light show? It’s about 30 mins away. And the light show is about 20 mins long. I’m going more for my toddler. But I’m wondering if it’s safe to let her sleep in her car seat? She’s two weeks old and I’m not sure how long newborns are aloud to stay in their car seats until needing to come out.
