Hey ladies! I got an iud on November 15th the Mirena one and I was crampy for a week but overall fine definitely had spotting for three weeks but this Friday I got awful cramps like severe I couldn’t even stand they were so bad and my flow got a little more heavy and I am expecting my period within the next 8 days so I’m thinking it’s my period and that’s why my cramps are so TERRIBLE Like when I say terrible I mean terrible it feels like I’m going through the whole procedure again on the hospital bed like they are so traumatic. I’m hoping I just got my period early and that’s why the cramps are so bad but I’d like some feedback from females who also have an iud maybe can help me relax a little!!! I will say my bleeding looks like a period more than it would if it was to be “spotting”…Thanks for Listening!!
