Only 5DPO but having symptoms?

Hi everyone! I am having the same pregnancy symptoms I had with my first but am unsure if I am getting my hopes up. We have been trying for about 15 months to get pregnant with another. I am currently having EXTREMELY heavy boobs and sore nipples (never have any issue ore and post period) , I am nauseous and occasionally throwing up, keep having hot flashes and am all around staying warmer, I also have increased hunger. Has anyone been in the same boat and if so what did it end up being? I had a negative pregnancy test but I am only 5dpo which is really early.
