Hello,

I’m probably stupid for asking for I am really struggling with coming up with a schedule for pumping and feeding. My baby is 6 months old, I feed him at 7:00 am, 11:00 am, 3:00pm, 6:00pm 10:00 pm and my husband usually uses 1 bottle at like 3/4 am and sometimes needs one around 1 pm. I pump in the morning and usually two or three times at night. I always try to have 2-3 bottles in the fridge but I’m barely ever putting any in freezer. My husband is concerned saying we should have more stored up or readily available, my question is how many times a day should I be pumping when I’m actively breastfeeding I see things online to pump right after you feed but a lot of times I don’t have time too especially because I feed before work and on my lunch break so I don’t have an extra 15-20 mins to pump. Any suggestions on how to balance better or what the best schedule looks like? I would appreciate any help.
