Sore left nipple and shooting pain?

I’m not pregnant, no birth control and my period was over a week ago, I never have sore nipples not once in my 35 year life besides when I breastfeed and The last time I breast fed was a year ago 😩 all this has started a couple of days ago. I do have high prolactin and I am leaking milk so weird 😕 anyone else ever experienced this?

this happens to me, my left nipple too, it started  three months ago first time ever im 42, it happens during or after period, I went to the doctor Friday and they are sending me for a mammogram.
he couldn't feel any lumps so that's a plus  also I had a mammogram in January and everything was fine then.
After speaking to a couple of friends, one has said she has had this problem for years, enough so it can twke her breath away, she has been checked over numerous time and everything is fine, it's just hormones for her.
I'm sure it will be the same for us  but go see a doctor to get checked and put your mind at ease.
