I am 9 mpp. I BF for 3.5 months: first cycle at 4mpp. The first few were normal. I had 28 day cycles with 4 days of bleeding/spotting. The past 3 cycles have been 21 days long and bleeding 10 days. I just stopped bleeding (spotting) last Tuesday. Saturday I started spotting again and having cramps and back pain. It was literally 14 days since the start of my last cycle. Anyone know what could be going on? I have an endometrial biopsy planned, but just trying to lessen my worry before that test. I also urinate a lot and have to poop a lot. I have for years honestly. I had bad cycles when I was 15-16 before getting on Bc when 16. After stopping at 30 my cycles were fine and regular. Is this a hormonal thing or do I have endometriosis or cancer or what? My mom had endometriosis and had a hysterectomy.
