Having a hard time. I’m trying to cut my babe’s bottle. He just turned twelve but we are overseas at the moment for 12 months. Milk here is not a thing and finding quality whole milk is a struggle. We only have 2 cans and we are staying here for two months. Only giving him 12-14oz a day.

Second problem, I feel like he is getting violent when he does not get what he wants or this is what they called tantrums. I wanna let him now that I am the dominant and not him. When he has tantrum I pick him up and negotiate or explain. But when he wales up from sleeping in the middle of the night, nothing stops him but bottle. I need to give it to him but not all the time, so we all can sleep. What should I do? First time mom here.
