Trouble dealing with PMDD
I have been on a three month cycle birth control for most of my life because of sever PMDD but my husband and I are TTC and so I had to stop the birth control obviously. So my question is does anyone have any helpful ways to deal with PMS or PMDD that don’t require hormones? I have a really really hard time with fatigue, back pain, mood swings, depression, and migraines. To the point where I have trouble functioning day to day. It wasn’t too bad when it was once every three months but now that it’s every three to four weeks I’m having problems.
