Am I further on?

So a little back story, I got pregnant I believe end of June, I unfortunately lost the baby on the 8th of July. It was very weird as the midwives did not believe I was miscarrying with the symptoms. I barely bled and it was very on and off like literally I wiped one morning small amount of blood then next day fine, then the day after same

Thing.

I had a scan and they couldn’t see anything, I got my blood check and my HCG was only 7 so they said I must have miscarried.

Fast forward 2/3 weeks later and I get a positive test again.

I am now 21 weeks pregnant, I had my anomaly scan and she asked if It was possible if I was further on.

I said no but everything is measuring a lot bigger to the point I m getting tested for GD and talking about being induced at 37 weeks.

My first baby was only 6lb7 and he was 4 days early.

Is it possible this the baby I believed I lost and they just couldn’t see anything on scan as I was too early?
