Hey sorry this is going to be long but I need help!

My daughter is almost 14months old. She walks she climbs on the couch she signs some. Here is my issue she hits me / bites me out of anger and it hurts to far I’ve had to fix 2 teeth because of her hitting / throwing things at me. I’ve tired time outs like ignoring her when she acts like this, saying no, taking to her, trying to calm her down, walking away, redirecting her, having another adult step in but she just gets so mad and will hit me for like 30mins she leaves bruises and it’s just so hard i dont know what to do and it’s over things like I’m cooking so I can’t pick her up, no touching the stove, etc. what am I doing wrong?
