My significant other was possibly born with both genitalia but dna says she’s female but her male genitalia was removed as a toddler, she’s also had a big issues with lots of testosterone so she’s spoken to me very openly about having a sex change she’s wanting to be a male but still have her boobs so my question is would she be able to produce sperm if we choose to try to have a baby naturally or is that not an option? Is that completely out of the question? Would she be physically be able to have a properly working penis? I have 3 little ones of my own and we always wanted kids of our own possibly biologically if it was possible. Please no hate please!
