I think I got Covid from being out last Friday and I started feeling symptoms yesterday, I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have an appointment for an abortion on the 10th

My parents don’t want me telling them I have/had it ( should probably be over by then ) but I feel like that’s a risk in my procedure cause there putting me to sleep.

What should I do?

Edit. I definitely have Covid I had it before and I feel the exact same way and I took a at home test and it says positive 💕
