Period is almost two months late while using a combination birth control pill

I have been using a combination birth control for about a year and I have been taking on a pretty consistent schedule, I will admit that I have forgotten to take it a couple of times but I always took it right after I remembered it. Around two months ago I had sex with my fiance and we don't use condoms at all. About a month after that I started having very sensitive breasts and very bad nausea but I had thought it was my period but I never got it now a month later i still don't have my period and I'm still feeling the same way. I haven't taken a test yet but I feel like I should. Thank you all in advance for the insight.
