Hello me and my husband tried for over a year we finally got pregnant after my last period in September I made it 6 weeks 1 day I found out at 9 weeks the baby had no heart beat and was measuring 6 weeks 1 day this past Thursday I had a D&C done and that Friday tested positive for Covid I’m struggling to say the least and my husband has been very distant bc he is upset I feel incomplete and unattractive bc of the distance between us now and sick on top of it all any advice for me would be very appreciated
