7 weeks and I’m up 10 lbs already !
I mean what can I say? I think I’m eating about one more meal a day in average then what I typically eat… not as good as I normally am but not terrible either. I typically workout 3-4 days a week intensive cardio for 1-2 hours but now I’m out of breath and not capable of keeping up (people keep asking what’s wrong with me in class😂… ) this is just how it is for me. I think I’m ok. I keep analyzing it and this stupid article says 5 lbs 1st trimester wtf … 😅🫣😳. How about y’all?????
