No. The test is negative. You want the test line to be AS dark OR darker than the control line. Appears you are close. Make sure you test multiple times a day to catch surge. Also Opks do not determine/confirm ovulation. They only detect a surge in LH. You’d want to be temping (BBT) to truly confirm ovulation.
