Milk decrease 8 months postpartum
Hi ladies,
The older my daughter gets I find my milk production to decrease. Currently at work I only pump once & I am producing between 7-8oz. About two months ago I was getting 10oz. I breastfeed her before we leave home & as soon as we get home. Is this a good amount or do I need to increase my pump sessions at work?
I work 8 minutes from my daughters daycare & home... Typically from 8:30-3:30 if that’ll help to give a better understanding.
