So as the title says, how did you know you were ready to move in with your partner? My boyfriend and I have been dating for four years and are living with our parents( I live with my mom and he lives with his family) but it's not the best environment for reasons I won't get into, we live in NYC so apartments are EXPENSIVE and I figured it would be cheaper to move in together we both have jobs and he just got a new job but besides it being cheaper I can see a future with him and I'm ready to start that next step with him ik I have to have a real conversation about finances and diving housework, etc. I just don't know how to approach the conversation and Idk what to do.
