36 wks and small baby?

Question

I was diagnosed with high Bp before getting pregnant but have had controlled bp the entire pregnancy. My doctors said my baby is weighing at 5lbs and they are going induce me at 38 weeks. I’m so worried my baby is too small. Any one going through this ??

My little lady is tiny. I'm 35+2. I have to see a specialist for fetal monitoring and weekly ultrasounds in addition to my regular weekly appointments. She's in the 11th percentile and was about 4 lbs at 34 weeks. Her head is 2nd percentile.  
They aren't inducing me for it and because she isn't actually 10th percentile or under, she's not been diagnosed with a growth restriction. 
I'm 4'11" and 85-90 lbs not pregnant and they've come to the conclusion that she's likely just "constitutionally small" which they said just means small mama = small baby. 
But because she's only a percentile away from where they would worry and because my 3 sons weren't small, they feel more comfortable keeping a close eye on her with weekly monitoring. My boys were 7 lbs 12, 7 lbs 2, and 7 lbs 13 despite being born 7, 8, and 10 days early. The middle one also had a 2nd percentile head but the other two had 90th percentile heads. They were boys though and this one is a girl so maybe that's the difference. 
Either way, they don't think she's really in danger, she's not been diagnosed with a growth restriction, and they are not inducing me but they do just want to monitor her just in case. 
They are planning on doing a final growth measurement at 37 weeks and decide what to do from there. My midwife and and high risk doctor have both said that it's possible I might be scheduled for an induction at that point if her growth drops anymore but they both feel it's probably unlikely that will happen.

I had a growth scan yesterday and she’s apparently dropped right down to the 3rd centile she was measuring fine 2 weeks ago , but I’m also full engaged so they couldn’t get her Head measurements … they’ve decided to induce me tomorrow at 36+3 , I did have two previous iugr babies , one born 40+4 at 5lb6 , and one born 41+3 at 6lb6 , but I’ve also had a 8lb6 born 40+3 and a 7lb14 born at 39 weeks … they’re saying she’s estimated to be 5lbs currently but how they’re come to that conclusion when they need both head and abdominal circumference to estimate her weight i do not know .

My baby is measuring 4lbs 11oz at 32 weeks, but all of my babies have been well over 8lbs, my biggest was 9lbs 2oz. I think 5lbs sounds perfectly on track!
