Potty training over night- Help please
I have four year old twins. They have been fully potty trained for about a year now and never have accidents anymore throughout the day. HOWEVER, night time is still very much an issue and I would love to stop buying pull ups every two weeks before new baby comes.
Any suggestions on how to train them during the night? I feel like they are honestly just really heavy sleepers and they don’t “feel” when they have to go because they’re in such a deep sleep.
I have tried limiting drinks an hour before bed. They ALWAYS go potty before bed. And I’ve even tried waking them up at 1am and putting them on the potty (which did actually prevent accidents throughout the night but I was losing my sanity, and getting them back to sleep was tough).
Any advice is EXTREMELY appreciated as I feel they are old enough to not be having accidents at night.
How old was your LO when they stopped having accidents over night?
My first was a singleton boy, and once he was potty trained (at 2) he completely stopped going at night too.
I need all the tips and tricks please 😩😩
