Dose this happend to anyone 💔

I used a lot of pregnancy test all its has a faint positive today I did a blood work it says 2.3 (pregnant is 5 )
I didn’t mess my period yet I suppose to get my period in 4 days do you think it’s the reason ??! I feeel sooooooo disappointed and saaaad
