My 18 month old has had two episodes in the span of two months. He wakes up in the middle of the night moaning/ crying. He is limp as is he is lifeless , and we try everything to wake him. Screaming , hot water , ice cubes , and clapping hands nothing seemed to get him awake. The first time lasted 10 minutes the second one lasted 30 minutes. He’s breathing , eyes are closed , body is limp. No fever , has been fine before the episode, he doesn’t jerk or twitch like a seizure. But when he comes out of it his lips are beat red and drooling like crazy and acts like he has little motor skills and regained it back in a hour. He’s almost very cold when he has these episodes and extremely pail. Can anyone please give a option or insights. We have seen a couple of people for it and they just told us we need to do more testing and video next time. His EEG came back clear and so did his Cat scan.
