This isn’t my kid but i am a little concerned for my friends’. I don’t know if my anxiety is getting the best of me but if anyone has heard of something or experienced something similar what does it sound like?

The baby is around 2/3 months old and is always screaming crying. Just recently it has worsened where their cries sound like they are is in so much pain. I have never heard a cry like it. It breaks my heart. When crying they arch their back and just kick and swing their limbs screaming. Their face just turns completely red. When they are set up after eating they tend to spit up a good bit. Then comes the crying. They like to lay flat. It seems like it helps. If you sit them up too soon they tend to spit up and sometimes start screaming after. Their poop is a forest green color and hard. When trying to poop they will scream and cry until it is out. It is very difficult for them to poop and seems so painful🥺. I just don’t know what to do. The mom doesn’t seem to think they are in pain but i don’t know if it’s my mom anxiety but if anyone has any advice that would help!❤️❤️
