Has anyone felt with a baby/tot having low grade fever for more than a week? Comes and goes? My LO is 20 months. Has no other symptoms except one day earlier in the week vomited but just that day 3xs, negative for COVID, had been to the doctors. Gives Tylenol and wears light clothes. Is teething. I just want to make sure this sounds like something that will pass. If anyone has experienced anything similar. My son is his normal active self now but want the first 3-4 days.
