When do tastebuds come back after covid?

Not everyone loses there smell and taste! I definitely have and I'm wondering when it'll come back!! I can't wait to taste food again 😂

Put really really hot sauce all your tongue. Pretty much the hot sauce will burn your tongue  start to clear out your taste buds. Is pretty much right now your taste buds are clogged.

About a year and a half for them to be completely normal again.

Mine took 1-2 months to go back to normal.

Had it October of last year and have yet to properly regain my taste or smell. I can smell some things but nothings smells right anymore, and I can’t really taste much either. I’m not sure if it’ll ever come back
