How do I resolve this

Okay I'm getting a divorce. My husband is wanting to keep the house and is living in it while I stay with my parents. My Ex wants to sign online papers and not deal with a lawyer because he has $0 and will have to get a loan to pay me out. He doesn't want to sell the house either because he "has no help". I want to be done with this and I don't care what happens as long as I get a divorce. My parents tell me to get a mediator/lawyer and have them serve him papers. I spoke to a mediator and they said him and I could go half&half on the $3500 and square everything away. My Ex doesn't want that. I'm so confused and tired I don't know what the hell to do. I have my parents in one ear telling me what to do and my ex in my other ear I'm so frustrated!! I feel like bawling my eyes out! We have no kids so that helps. What do I do!?!
