Feeling really sick and tired
I’m currently 7dpo and I’m feeling really sick and shakey. Also feeling really tired and having naps. This happened to me last time when I was pregnant with my twin girls around this time. Is the a hopeful sign? Could this cycle be the one? I really do hope so 🤞I had a miscarriage in august so I’m a little nervous but I didn’t get these symptoms, so hopefully this one sticks if I’m lucky enough.
