Silicone food catching bibs

Question

Has anyone had any issues with these breaking their child’s skin out at all? I want to get some for my baby, but she has very sensitive skin. Opinions?

Answer

No, haven't had any issues. I do have extremely sensitive skin myself however and literally anything that you he's me can make my skin red. Something like silicone would most definitely make my skin annoyed. Running watches are a struggle for me 😅
We have some stiff plastic ones from Baby Björn for our kids. They catch the food better imo so we're using those. Might be worth looking for as they won't have as much friction on the skin either.

I thought silicone was hypoallergenic?

Those are the only bibs we use and both my girls have sensitive skin. Never had an issue of them getting a rash from the bib.
