Sign of labor?

I had a membrane sweep yesterday morning and all night long I was having cramps over my entire stomach, not just abdominal. They weren’t painful enough to keep me from sleeping but woke me up whenever I did get them and lasted a couple minutes until I fell back asleep. Also each time I switched sides I felt a sharp pain in my abdomen that hurt pretty bad.

Could this be a sign labor is near? 39+6
