I am in a committed relationship but my ex did cheat on me.

But he died, so I can’t really ask him or even know who he slept with. No I’m not kidding, he actually fucking died.

So I’m having symptoms of burning, itching, hell fire in my vagina. I go to the doctor and they don’t do a pelvic exam they just give me diflucan to knock out the yeast infection they assume I had.

2 days later. My vagina feels like I have chemically burned it, it hurts so bad it hurts to walk, to sit, to move wrong. My vulva was so raw it was bleeding. I took a mirror down there and there is thick, green NASTY looking discharge.

So I run to the urgent care because I’m in so much pain and nastiness. I get a full STD, BV, yeast, and even a pregnancy test. urine screening and she mentioned there was ALOT of blood in my pee if they just explains to you how bad my whole coochie was just SUFFERING when you hear the results.. I asked for external relief because girl i can’t walk you know.

She sends Walmart to pick my scripts up and this vaginal numbing cream called vagicaine and it saved my fucking life. And bc I had so many symptoms that were so severe she treated me for every single STD that exists.

I get a call back.

All of my tests are negative.

No STD, no yeast, no BV, no UTI.

The blood in my urine was straight from my vulva bleeding so bad.

Another thing, first day after antibiotics and the cream I am so much better even without the cream. I’m still itching and burning but just not as bad and my vulva looks way less pissed.

Im so confused. I’m setting up a gynecologist visit for swabs and if that comes back with everything clear too im going to be… very confused.

Has anyone ever had this happen?
