Did it ever pick back up? I’m new to breastfeeding and used to feeling engorged all the time. Just recently I don’t have that feeling anymore.

Not feeling engorged or full is not an indicator of low supply. 
Trust the diapers - enough wet diapers through the day = enough milk.

Cluster feeding is super common at this stage, so go by wet diapers instead. I know it's hard to not worry. Every baby is different, and the body does different things as well. If baby is fussy at the breast, frequently has dry diapers, or isn't gaining weight, that could indicate a supply issue, but I wouldn't worry about it quite yet if baby doesn't have any of these.

I’d say neither. 2w pp you’d still be regulating and you wouldn’t be drying up yet. 
Just keep latching! 
I rarely leak and only started to get engorged overnight when babe sleeps long hours.
