Yes but I kept very close track and limited to under 200mg caffiene a day. Watch out for Excedrin too those have a ton of caffiene in them and I always used to take them for headaches.

I cut back early on in the process when we were doing iuis to 1 cup a day but after the 3rd failure i kind of went off the rails and threw caution to the wind but once i started stims for ivf i went back to 1 cup a day.  After retrieval i asked my doc if coffee was ok because i was high risk for ohss and caffeine is a dehydrater but she gave me the clear to drink 1 cup so long as i drink plenty of water and gatorade. So i think 1 cup of caffinated coffee is fine because studies show up to 200mg doesn't hurt anything but if you are at risk for ohss you'll want to stay extra hydrated.

I cut out coffee a few days before and for about 1-2 weeks after my retrieval (I had a bad recovery and was only drinking water) and I drank coffee during my first FET.

I quit for my egg retrieval and first transfer, but by the second transfer I realized that I didn’t need to be quite so strict. I ended up finding Mommee Coffee to create the balance for myself. It’s low acid and you can get it in 1/2 or 1/4 caffeine to keep your intake low while still getting to do your normal routine.

Speaking of this topic is one kcup for the kerig. Largest setting under 200mg. Also could you have some chocolate on top of that?

My last FET i quit maybe a week or two before transfer until like week 17 or something. Chocolate too! I will say it kept the weight off me great!  This time I quit just before the baseline. I'm 4dp6dt. I'm thinking of having it earlier this time but def not until atleast everything is established maybe after first ultra sound week 8 or 2nd tri. Not sure.

Yup, did throughout the process and continued throughout my pregnancy so far. I typically only drink 1 cup a day though.

I did but instead of getting a triple latte I would just get regular. And I cut back to 1 coffee a day. I think they say it can affect implantation the most if you have too much. But my nurse friend said it’s more like 10 cups. So I wouldn’t worry too much.
