What would you do?-update..

8 long years in this relationship w/the father of my 3 kids 6/4/5mo. This is just the most recent bs where he pulls a fight out of thin air bc he can’t prove his lies. I’m sahm we’re not married so he holds all the cards and everytime things don’t go his way he threatens eviction!! I’m sooo sick of this but my options Are slim I’m still breastfeeding completely exhausted from my 3rd Csec my hair’s falling in batches going thru family court really not my scope right now! My family’s in Europe I have zero support here (we’re in New Jersey). This chat happened yesterday evening.. he works for home but supposedly had some qt planning at some hotel:)…In the morning he said he’d be home 6:30. Around six this chat started he’d never checked on the kids all day. Before going to bed they wanted to say gn to daddy so I tried FT him…he wouldn’t pick up and then call back and hung up saying his signal was bad. Whatever I carried on getting the kids to bad while my older one kept dialing him he’d hung up. Eventually he calls regular no ft- and goes off on me screaming “you motherf.. stop calling me , fkn b..etc” immediately I hung up but he was screaming so loud the girls heard they’re petrified-as I’m trying to hold back tears I had to explain to them why daddy is screaming-I told them daddy was upset he couldn’t hear you guys and he was mad at me not you…

the screashots is what followed. Now idk if I should go to the police but my angry txt may backfire. He’s been gone all day —supposedly work it’s Saturday!! lol He came home now 5pm sitting in a separate room from me not talking to me (which is great!) .Idk what to do …right now I’m playing dead 💀

Update…. Needless to say 3 days have passed since and as I expected he has no intention of actually breaking up.. He’s trying to do damage control helping with the kids /going food shopping etc. I don’t talk to him, what’s the point. I don’t want to ruin the holidays but come the new year something’s gotta give!

I thank all of you for your comments although most call me “nuts” I’m not ! I’m handling the job of 4ppl! I take care of my sick mom, my 3 kids and I need to go see the dentist/doctor and get a haircut lol. A couple of comments got the accurate read- he’s a narcissist, an addict and a gambler.. yes it took me 8yrs to confirm all that, not bc I’m stupid but bc I chose to believe in what we had. 💚
