I think I’m losing my baby :(

I got my BFP two days ago and then yesterday evening I started bleeding like a period with little clots. I took another test about 8 hours after the bleeding started and the tests are still positive. I’m guessing it’s because my HCG levels are still high enough?

I am absolutely heartbroken
